Book Drive for Project Making Kids Count

The first 200 donations will receive vouchers to Disney on Ice

December 4, 2019

Disney On Ice is partnering with Project Making Kids Count (MKC) to help make area children’s holidays be a little brighter. Holiday shoppers can donate a book to Project MKC that will become part of more than 1,000 Comfort Kits assembled by the local non-profit and delivered to foster children in need, just in time for the holidays. Those who donate a book will receive one free ticket voucher to Disney On Ice presents Dream Big, which will be at the Covelli Centre, December 26-29.

Families will receive one ticket voucher per donation and are allowed up to two vouchers per family. Vouchers can be redeemed for tickets at the Covelli Centre Box Office during regular business hours. A limit of 200 ticket vouchers are available.

Continuing with the holiday spirit, Disney On Ice will provide families of Project MKC’s Adopt-a-Family program with dinner, a surprise meet-and-greet and tickets to opening night of Dream Big, Dec. 26 at 7 p.m.
