Valley Little Melodies is the premier grownup and me studio in the Mahoning Valley. Cara Vernal's, owner of VLM, main focus at her studio are Kindermusik classes. After completing a comprehensive training program that incorporates education in child development and music concepts from Kindermusik International, Cara Vernal (as well as her teacher Lindsay Keish) has received her Kindermusik license and has opened a studio in Canfield, Ohio for ages Newborn to 5.
Vernal is offering a variety of grownup and me classes in addition to Kindermusik classes such as Artventure and Baby Bod Workout classes. Vernal will have holiday events in the future as well as grownup and me yoga, mommy nights out, and much more.
