My family was recently able to sample Bob's Red Mill oatmeal cups.

Bob's Red Mill oatmeal cups come in different flavors, the ones that we tried were apple pieces with cinnamon. the cups are a single serving and can be prepared by microwave or with hot water. Bob's Red Mill is locally sold at Giant Eagle, Walmart, Marcs, Target, and Rulli Bros.
I liked the oatmeal because I was able to quickly prepare it, because we are not morning people in our house. I like that it is single serve and can be cooked and eaten in the cup it comes in, so no dishes to wash. I like that it is gluten free because my kids have food allergies. We eat lots of Bob's Red Mill products in our house because tested and confirmed gluten free in their quality control laboratory.
I love that my kids love it and it contains 7g of protein, flax and chia seeds. The oatmeal cup is convenient and nutritious, and those are the two most important things to me when I am getting my kids out the door in the morning. The fact that both of my kids will not only eat but love it, is this mom's back to school dream come true.
